A Toast in the Post is based up in sunny Blackpool and was set up in lockdown by husband and wife team, David and Jane Charnley when their events business of 25 years was forced on hold due to the pandemic. We actually had the idea for the business years ago but just never had the time to set it up, and lockdown gave us that time.

We are really proud to work with small artisan distilleries across the UK showcasing drinks you probably can’t source in your local supermarket and we send these individual mini tipples direct to the recipient in our stylish 100% recyclable gift boxes along with a personalised greetings card. The recyclable packaging was one of our biggest challenges as the bottles are all different shapes and sizes and the way the box is received and opened by the recipient is a big part of the sentiment behind sending A Toast in the Post.

We are only a year old, but introduced a wonderful range of tipples and additional little extras to add to your ‘toast’ to make an already thoughtful gift even more thoughtful.
