Specialists in re-designing and restoring antique & vintage furniture while blending original designs with modern design interpretations.
Debbie Prosser launched Annie’s Furniture Art in the summer of 2020. She had been experimenting with furniture upcycling and design interpretation for many years. Debbie holds qualifications in textile and surface pattern design, fine art, and mosaics. Her passion for upcycling furniture grew over time as she developed a love for vintage furniture and modern design. Debbie aims to reduce the amount of vintage furniture in landfills. She combines her background in art and design to create unique, one-of-a-kind pieces of upcycled furniture that are more suitable for modern interiors.
In early 2021, Annie’s Furniture Art became a member of the House of Upcycling, the UK and Ireland’s leading authority on professional upcycling for interiors. Debbie exhibited her furniture at The Grand Designs Live show at the NEC Birmingham in partnership with The House of Upcycling in October 2022. All of Debbie’s exhibits sold in one day.
Debbie takes great pride in styling each piece of furniture to its merits, complementing its original design and purpose. All of her furniture is finished to the highest standards, meticulously prepped and restyled inside and out. Each piece is finished with a fully waterproof seal for durability and longevity.
