Debbie Prosser launched Annie’s Furniture Art in the summer of 2020 following many years of experimenting with furniture upcycling and furniture design interpretation.
Debbie has qualifications in textile and surface pattern design, fine art and mosaic. Debbie’s passion for upcycling furniture grew organically over many years as her confidence and love for vintage furniture and modern design developed – Combined with her drive to reduce vintage furniture from landfill and her background in art and design, Debbie creates timeless, unique one of a kind pieces of furniture art that is suited for both a traditional and modern interior.
In early 2021 Annie’s Furniture Art became a member of the House of Upcycling which is the UK and Ireland’s leading and only authority on Professional Upcycling for interiors. Debbie exhibited her furniture at The Grand Designs Live show at the NEC Birmingham in partnership with The House of Upcycling in October 2022. Debbie sold all her exhibits in one day.
All of Debbie’s furniture is finished to the highest standards. Each piece is meticulously prepped, restored or restyled inside and out then finished with a fully waterproof seal for durability and longevity. Debbie takes great pride in styling each piece to its merits, complementing its original design and purpose.
