• I am a mummy of two amazing children, I also have dyslexia and can find life overwhelming at times.
• My business is based in Surrey and I retail in shops, salons, local markets and events, but I also sell all my products online too.
• I was on medication on and off for years for anxiety and depression and in and out of different therapy, my son was on medication for his special needs and my daughter was on several medications too for her medical needs too.
•I found we were suffering bad side-effects & nothing really seemed to work until I started looking at more natural and holistic healing.
• I am on a very spiritual journey myself and have had to learn acceptance & awareness on lots of different things in life.
• Self-care is something I have had to learn about myself without feeling guilty.
Self-love and self-acceptance are so important to your daily life, especially so we are able to be good role models to our children.
• I strongly believe that everything happens for a reason, and everything is energy. So, it is very important that you take time to find a balance in life, especially with our families.
I like to keep things simple, so I wanted to create a range of products that suit everyone.
• Introducing aromatherapy and crystals into our daily routines has changed my whole outlook on life.
