Hi, I’m Vicky and I started Coffee Pod Creations a few years ago after I read some truly staggering statistics on the number of single use coffee pods that are simply thrown away. Did you know that every minute about 39,000 coffee pods are made worldwide, while up to 29,000 are dumped in landfill sites*? That’s so much aluminum that just goes straight to landfill and damages our environment, I thought there must be a better way.
My mission is to create beautiful, high-quality, upcycled jewellery that can be worn everyday.
All my designs are handmade with aluminium coffee pods -I give single use a second life! – I collect, clean and creatively re-purpose the aluminium to make stylish and wearable jewellery. Items are handcrafted in small batches and my designs vary according to the pods I receive from the community – so many are limited edition. Because they are handmade, no two pieces are ever the same. There’s something original for everyone. Each piece has its own story. They make great, affordable gifts.
