Helping women overcome trauma and reclaim their lives; guiding businesses with trauma-informed training to build safe, strong teams
At Hannah McKimm Coaching, I help women reclaim their sense of self and safety after trauma in ways that traditional approaches often overlook. Many healthcare systems focus on managing symptoms rather than addressing the holistic connection between trauma, the body, and the mind. My work is different because it’s rooted in body-based healing—using art therapy, Brainspotting, and compassionate inquiry to help clients release stored trauma without reliving it. This approach isn’t about being re-traumatized by the past; it’s about creating a new, empowered future.
Creating safe spaces for trauma survivors is at the heart of my mission. My signature 1-to-1 program, Reclaim Yourself, offers personalised trauma coaching support to help women reconnect with their bodies and rediscover their strength. For those seeking connection in a supportive group setting, Reclaim, provides a transformative journey alongside others who “get it.” I also offer Reclaim Revolution, a free workshop week designed to inspire and empower women to take the first steps toward healing.
My work also extends beyond trauma coaching by offering practical tools and insights to promote safety, connection, and resilience in the workplace. For businesses, I provide trauma-informed training and empowering workshops that seamlessly integrate into wellbeing programs and strategic planning. By addressing the deeper impacts of trauma, I help organizations cultivate healthier, more compassionate, and accountable environments that benefit both staff and leadership.
What truly sets me apart is the deeply personal and practical nature of my work. Having walked my own path of healing, I understand the courage it takes to seek change. Whether supporting women or working with businesses, I approach every client with compassion, authenticity, and a commitment to transformation. Together, we can move beyond survival and into a space of growth, empowerment, and possibility.
