Nuthatch Grey

Based in rural Staffordshire, UK we have travelled the world for inspiration and have over 20 years of experience in the field of interior design. We pride ourselves on our creative skills, mixing traditional hand drawn motifs, with contemporary trend led styles.

All our designs begin with a spark of imagination, a blank piece of paper and a sharpened pencil. Often inspired by the natural world, we take delight in the moments that pass others by. A hedgerow in spring, a seed head in winter…..often with an added twist of humour.

Our sketches will then be hand worked into a repeat, coloured using watercolours or alternatively developed on the computer. Depending on each individual design our processes can vary, but each piece and every collection have creativity in common.

All my prints are made in the UK either by local manufacturing or fellow small creative businesses.

Originally started in lockdown, Nuthatch Grey has become my passion and has been growing from strength to strength ever since. Never happier than with a pencil in hand, creativity and innovation are always at the forefront of Nuthatch Grey.
