This Sponsorship Agreement known hereafter as the “Agreement” is executed on 2nd November 2023 between “Sponsor” and BizBubble, also known hereafter as the “Sponsee.”
1. Sponsor Obligations
1. 1 The Sponsor agrees to pay the amount of £1000 made payable to BizBubble due by 20th November 2023
2. Sponsee Obligations
2.1 BizBubble agrees to deliver all items below:
- Logo on ALL Awards marketing including social posts, newsletters and announcements for both BizBubble & Modern Makers Awards
- A dedicated mention of your business by our special TV Guest Judge Natasha Francis on the winners announcement video
- Logo with link on all newsletters
- Logo on The People’s Choice public voting page (last year there were 4k votes)
- Dedicated ‘sponsor announcement’ in our e-newsletter and social media
- Dedicated sponsors and partners section on the awards page, homepage and application page
- Blog feature on our website and socials
- Logo on winners announcement in newsletter and social media
- LIFETIME FREE BizBubble Membership
- Business Pro Prime Position – Homepage Advert Listing for 12 months
- Showcase your business to our audience – Publish a reel/story/post on our social media about your business
2.2 Delivery of the items listed above will be within the period the awards process is running. E.g 2nd November 2023 til 30th April 2024.
Within this time frame precise timings of delivery of items cannot be given. It will be up to the discretion of BizBubble as it will largely depend on marketing surrounding particular activities at the time.
3. Sponsor Trademarks and Materials
3.1 The Sponsor agrees to grant BizBubble the right to use the Sponsor’s trade names, logo, trademarks and company descriptions as provided in the Sponsors marketing materials.
The assets may be used in any medium of advertising or marketing materials solely in connection to the BizBubble Awards 2024.
3.2 The Sponsor agrees to offer the following materials for marketing and promotional purposes:
- Logo
4. Indemnity
4.1 The Sponsor will indemnify, defend, and hold the Sponsee harmless from and against any claims relating directly or indirectly to, or arising out of, content posted on the Sponsor’s respective website, use of Sponsor materials, or use of Sponsor’s logos and trademarks.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 In no event shall either party be liable to the other party for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages regardless of whether such liability results from breach of contract, breach of warranties, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
6. Term and Termination
6.1 This Agreement will be valid for the period of 2nd November 2023 to 30th April 2024.
6.2 The Sponsee may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. In the event that the Sponsee terminates this Agreement for any reason other than Sponsor’s breach of Agreement, the Sponsee shall refund any fees received (if applicable) from the Sponsor.
6.3 The Sponsor may terminate this Agreement for breach of Agreement by the Sponsee after giving Sponsee at least ten (10) days prior written notice specifying the nature of the breach and giving the Sponsee at least ten (10) days to resolve such breach.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 This Agreement will supersede any or all prior oral or written forms of understanding between the Sponsor and Sponsee. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except when one or both parties execute amendments in writing and amendments are signed by both parties.
7.2 This Agreement shall be governed by and executed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
