- Application terms for the 2021 Christmas Modern Makers Market
- The Modern Makers Market is organised by BizBubble and it’s partners.
- It is free to apply, if accepted the fee is £15 early Bird or £20 standard, this covers the whole market weekend.
- Applications close 1 week before the event or sooner once all places are filled.
- We cannot be held responsible for any errors you make when submitting your application, so please check the contact details you provide.
- Entries can be submitted by anyone over the age of 18.
- All stall holders will be asked to take part in promotional activity and by submitting your application and uploading your images and details to your stall profile page you give your permission to BizBubble and its partners to use the details of your entry to promote BizBubble and Modern Makers Market. This could include but is not limited to websites, press releases and print.
- It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that they are the legal owner of all data and images submitted including but not limited to logos, images and descriptions. The applicant agrees that none of the information will infringe intellectual property owned by a third party and that there will be no claims against BizBubble as a result of usage of this information.
- Where relevant you give the right to use your name and town or city of residence for the sole purpose of identifying you with this entry.
- BizBubble reserves the right to deny, exclude or withdraw stallsholders that do not comply with the BizBubble values including but not limited to sexual, religious or political content or ethics as well anything that is deemed as offensive or discriminatory.
- BizBubble reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the Modern Makers Market 2021, with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control. The decision of BizBubble in all matters under its control is final and binding.
- If the Market does not go ahead, full refunds will be given.
- Stall holder fees are non refundable, unless for the reason stated above.
- BizBubble shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
- These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
